We founded Bakes N Stuffingz with the idea of bringing our family's’ best recipes to the forefront of the West Indies best love meals. We are St. Lucian and specialize in our unique and unforgettable Bakes. You might call it Fried Dumpling, Johhny Cakes, Bokit, Float but , we call it Bakes. Using old fashioned techniques and heartly ingrediencies our aim is to create West Indies  home cooked meals that are delicious, healthful and oh so satisfying.
